Alec Waugh

Alec is an experienced legal and commercial professional who has worked with Vast Solars since 2015 to provide general legal support and commercial guidance. He has played a critical role in the development of Vast Solar’s IP strategy, portfolio and overall approach to risk management and compliance. Alec has over 20 years of legal and commercial experience across a wide range of food, agricultural services, and manufacturing businesses, in General Counsel roles with Zip Industries, Brownes Foods, the Fonterra Co-op Group and Campbells/Arnott’s. 

Alec has been admitted as a solicitor since 1997 and holds a Diploma in Law (SAB), from Sydney University.
