Mark Smith

Mark has three decades of experience as a C-suite executive at both publicly traded and private equity-funded companies, and has also served as a board-level executive. His leadership has spanned areas including operations, capital allocation, strategic planning, business development, corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, IPOs, and restructuring.

In his finance roles, Mark has directed the development and execution of complex corporate finance, capital markets solutions and disciplined capital allocation processes. He has successfully executed and closed numerous domestic and international M&A transactions, and was an instrumental leader for the spin-off and subsequent public listing of a $10 billion enterprise value NYSE-listed energy company.

Mark is an SEC Financial Expert, and a member and Governance Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where he is also Directorship Certified. Mark holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a BS from the University of Oklahoma.
